1. Service provided "as is"
WP Footprint and WP Footprint Pulse are provided "as is", without any warranty. Published scores are indicative; they result from statistical measurements on a sample of sites and may not reflect your particular case.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to skew WP Footprint Pulse through automated or artificially repeated submissions.
- Attempt to deanonymize a site identifier.
- Exploit a vulnerability of the API outside a responsible disclosure framework.
- Reuse WP Footprint Pulse data for illegal or defamatory purposes.
3. Reuse of public data
Aggregated scores and statistics displayed on this site can be republished and reused in editorial or educational contexts, provided you cite WP Footprint and provide a backlink.
4. Service changes
Footprint Score thresholds may be recalibrated over time, in line with the evolution of WordPress performance standards. Any major change is publicly documented.
5. Limitation of liability
The publishers of WP Footprint cannot be held responsible for any malfunction resulting from the installation or use of the plugin on your site, nor for business decisions taken based on the published scores.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
